The learned counsel for the appellant has produced the copy of the order dated 7th December, 2018 of Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in W.P. (Crl.) no. 322/2018 filed against the FIR no. 003 of 2017 of the chargesheet dated 26.09.2017. Whereby the further proceedings have been stayed. However he states that he will file the formal application within two weeks.
