Fresh appeal has been filed under section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 1^st October, 2018. Issue notice. Mr. Tripathi accepts the notice. He seeks time to file the reply. Let the same be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder by the next date.

Parties are also allowed to file written synopsis by the next date.

The counsel for the appellant is pressing for interim order mainly on the ground that the attached properties are mortgaged with the bank. The prayer is opposed by Mr. Tripathi on behalf of the respondent.

List on 11^th March, 2019.

In view of the averments made in the grounds of appeal, both the parties shall maintain ‘status quo’ in respect of properties attached which are the subject matter of the appellant’s dispute.
