Fresh application has been filed in view of notice issued under

Section 8(4) of the Act. The respondent is to take the possession of following properties:

Flat No. F1, First Floor, admeasuring 1600 Sq. feet, together with undivided share of 54 square yards out of constructed in the total area of 234 sq. yds. bearing premises no. 1-98/9/7/H/1, Plot No. 12-B/1, Sy. No. 71/1, Madhapur, Hyderabad. Registered Sale Deed bearing Doc no. 10234/2010 of Dist. Registrar, RR District, dated 9/12/2010.

Flat No. G1, Ground floor, 1600 Sq. feet, together with undivided share of 54 square yards out of constructed in the total area of 234 sq. yds. bearing premises no. 1- 98/9/7/H/1, Plot No. 12-B/1, Sy. No. 71/1, Madhapur, Hyderabad. Registered Sale Deed bearing Doc No. 10236/2010 of Dist. Registrar, RR District, dated 9/12/2010. Both the properties (1&2) are in the name of Sri S.R. Prashanth, aged 37 years, R/o Flat No. 406, Creative Sneha Apartments, Kondapur, Hyderabad-500084.

Counsel for the appellant states that no proceedings either under schedule offence or PMLA are pending against the appellant. The appellant undertakes not to dispose of attached above referred properties directly and indirectly till the appeal is finally decided. In view of the facts stated in the appeal, both the parties shall maintain status quo till the next date with regard to the above mentioned property.

In the meanwhile, counsel for the respondent is allowed to file the reply to the stay application within four weeks.
