The appeal is coming up for final hearing on 03^rd December, 2018 Fresh application has been filed in view of the notice dated 28^th August, 2018 issued by the respondent under Section 8(4) of the PML Act pertaining to “Flat No. 504, 5^th Floor, Manek Mahal, Near Churchgate Station, Mumbai”. Learned counsel for the respondent has raised the objection that it is not disclosed in the application that who has owned this flat as no title deed has been filed by the applicant, who has filed the application. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to produce the documentary evidence by the next date of hearing.
