The above mentioned appeal has been filed against the order dt. 4^th December, 2017. Alongwith the appeal an application for condonation of 40 days delay in filing the appeal has been filed. The counsel for the appellant submits that the connected appeals which have filed against same order, notice have been issued and list for 18^th July, 2018.

Issue notice of the application. Heard both the parties.

In view of the averment made in the condonation application and argument, we are inclined to condone the delay at this stage itself.
