Fresh appeal has been filed under Section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the Order dated 28th December, 2017. Along with the appeal, an application for Condonation of Delay of ten days has been filed. It is stated in the application that the appellant was taking the time to take an approval for filing the present appeal, therefore, certain delay has occurred. As far as the application for Condonation of Delay is concerned, we are inclined to allow the prayer made in the application. The Delay is condoned.
