The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the decree has
been passed in favour of the bank and against the borrower. He seeks some time to file the copy of the judgment.
List for final hearing on 11th April, 2018.
With regard to R-2 to 6, the counsel for the appellant stated that he is not seeking any relief against the said respondents, they are only formal parties.
It was contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that he had submitted before the Adjudicating Authority regarding the order dt. 14th July, 2017 in the matter of State Bank of India passed by this FPA-PMLA-2147/DLI/2018

tribunal. Inspite of that the learned counsel for the Adjudicating Authority did not consider the same. Hence, the impugned order passed by this the Adjudicating Authority is not sustainable thus the order is liable to be set aside.
He seeks time to file the amended memo of parties by the next date
of hearing. Let him do so.
