The learned counsel for the appellant clarifies that condonation of delay was allowed by the Tribunal order dated 25th September, 2017 and there was no cost levied them but he was not aware of the position as he did not have the papers on the last occasssion. He reiterates that they have supplied the copy of all the documents to the Enforcement Directorate.
The case is now ripe for final hearing.
