The learned Proxy Counsel for the appellant states that they do not
wish to file any rejoinder. The Proxy Counsel states that the case may be

taken up for final hearing as they do not wish to pursue the stay petition also. The learned Counsel for the appellant stated that their Condonation of Delay has been allowed with cost. She would, however, verify the payment of the same before the next date of hearing. Respondent to also verify the same.
The learned Counsel for the respondent states that all the documents have not been supplied to them as directed by the Bench earlier although according to the appellant they have supplied the same. In case the same has not been supplied, another set be supplied to the respondent.
