Learned counsel for the appellant states that in case the respondent does not acknowledge the validity of the IIT Report, thus at least the contrary report should have been filed by the respondent on the basis the respondent has pleaded his case before the Adjudicating Authority. Learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to check up with the office. In case, in his office or CBI office, the said report is available, the same be produced on the next date of hearing.
