The banks have filed the reply to the MP-PMLA-4307/MUM/2018
(Stay). The same is taken on record. Enforcement Directorate and appellant are granted two weeks time to file the rejoinder.
Reply has been filed by the appellant to the application filed by the
State Bank of India & Ors. The same is taken on record. Alongwith reply,

the appellant has filed the affidavit of Mr. M.S. Kapoor. It appears from the para 3 of the affidavit, the offer has been given on behalf of the appellant. Para 3 of the affidavit read as under:
“3. Kingfisher Airlines and entities in the UB Group have been the subject matter of various civil and criminal proceedings over the last several years. Large number of creditors including the consortium of public sector banks have initiated various proceedings (Winding Up, DRT, etc.) for recovery of dues against KFA, the Applicant, Dr. Vijay Mallya and others. By the present I.A., the Applicant is seeking to make an offer to try and settle these various claims without any further contest in order to bring to an end to the long pending disputes and claims and counter claims amongst the various creditors and debtors. This has become possible at this stage on account of the fact that the current approximate value of the assets that have been attached and/or seized under order of various courts, tribunal or authorities such as this Hon‟ble Court, the DRT and the competent authority, PMLA, etc. aggregates to approximately Rs. 13960.31 crores. Details of these assets are set out in Annexure ‘A’ .”
The matter is coming up before the Hon’ble Division Bench in the Karnataka High Court on 26th July, 2018. This order is passed in continuation with my order dated 02nd July, 2018. In case any directions are passed by the Karnataka High Court with regard to the attachment of the shared owned by the appellant in the subject matter of this appeal, this Tribunal will assist the same by passing the order on merit.
