In view of the order passed on 24th October, 2018 and 26th November, 2018, counsel for the respondent has filed the copy of the prosecution complaint. Both the parties have made their submission with regard to objection taken by the appellant. As far as the merit of appeal is concerned, the Ld. Senior counsel for the appellant has already argued the matter. Mr. Faraz, Advocate seeks time to argue the appeal on merit. The objection raised by the appellant will also be considered at the time of the passing the final judgment.
