No one appears on behalf of the appellants. It seems that the appellant have not been appearing consistently as and when the case is fixed for hearing.
In a similar appeal of the same appellants, the two Member Bench of this Tribunal has observed that the appellants are not appearing since November, 2017. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeals. Enough opportunities have already been given to the appellants to appear but they do not seem to be interested.
Accordingly, all the above six appeals are dismissed for nonprosecution.
