Shri Pankaj Yadav, counsel for the Enforcement Directorate (ED) who appears in another case states that some other counsel would be appearing in these appeals and he is not aware who it was. He therefore sought some time.
In the meantime, counsel for the appellant states that similar matter of the same appellants are listed before Court-I today and he wants to make a mention of the same before Court-I, so that all these cases could be heard together either in Court-I or Court-II.
Matter is therefore adjourned.
