In the above said matters certain stay applications are pending. Mr. Sharma, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the respondent is insisting for taking the possession rather to receive any use
and occupation charges in view of notice issued under the provision of FPA-PMLA-1417-1422/DLI/2016 Page 1 of 2
Section 8(4) of the Act. On the other hand Mr. Vijay Agarwal submitted that on the said argument made by Mr. Sharma is not sustainable. Let the matter be argued on this legal issue on the next date. Both the parties are at liberty to file the written synopsis on this legal issue by the next date.
