Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that as per the respondent the user and occupation charges of the property in dispute is Rs. 1,00,000/- per floor. Learned counsel for the appellant disputed the said position. At present, the appellant is depositing Rs. 30,000/- for three floors.
List the interim application on consideration on 24th August, 2018. Learned Investigating Officer who appeared before us states that without prejudice the respondent is ready to accept the user and occupation charges.
