Reply has not been filed by the respondent. However the Ld. counsel for the respondent Shri Vikas Garg opposes the restoration application (ROA). He states that the appeal was dismissed on 23^rd March, 2017 and the restoration application has been filed only on 27^th July, 2017.

For the reason stated in the application, the ROA is allowed, however, subject to the cost of Rs. 5,000/- which shall be paid on or before the next date. Cost is imposed on this ground that the application has been filed after a delay of more than three and half months. The appeal is accordingly restored. Pleadings are complete.
