The learned Counsel for the respondent states that the appearance of the Inspecting Officer, Shri B.S. Gandhi is necessary. Under these circumstances, he is allowed to be present on all the dates with regard to the above mentioned matters.
The learned Counsel for the respondent is not carrying file today. He seeks adjournment.
