The learned counsel for the appellant has referred the Judgement dt. 12^th February, 2018 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi wherein the proceedings against the Ketan Desai who has main accused is dropped till sanction is received either u/s 197 Cr.P.C. or Section 19 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, in accordance with law. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the proceedings have been dropped against the main accused so the appeal is liable to be allowed.
