On the last date of hearing it was informed to us that the appellant has already been acquitted in all the three FIR bearing No. 122, 132 & 159. It was agreeing to the counsel to provide the photocopy of the order. When the matter is taken up the respondent has filed the report. In view of the order passed on 22nd March, 2018 the report indicates that out of these three FIR the appellant has been acquitted in two FIRs. In FIR No. 159 dated 9th November, 2005, the appellant has been convicted with imprisonment of two years and fine of Rs. 10,000/- by order dated 9th May, 2011 passed by the Additional Session Judge, Ludhiana. The learned counsel for the appellant to clarify the same by the next date. The report filed by the respondent is taken on record.
