The learned counsel for the appellant Ms. Sonam Nagrath Kohli in appeal no. 979/DLI/2004 stated that as per the Hon’ble Delhi High Court’s order dated 2.05.2014, the matter was remanded back to the Tribunal for passing a fresh order on the petition for pre-deposit. She stated that until and unless the hearing in Appeal No. 942/DLI/2004 with reference to the main accused i.e. Ratinder Pal Bhatia is heard in the case it cannot attain finality. The proxy counsel in the Appeal No. 942/DLI/2004 Mr. Prem Ranjan Kumar stated that the main counsel

Ms. Priyanka Goel is not able to come today. Under these circumstances, an adjournment was sought on behalf of the appellant. No one appears on behal of Shri Pankaj Soni in Appeal no. 943/DLI/2004. On the last occasion i.e. 7.12.2017, directions were given to both the appellants as well as the respondent to verify the payment details in the Appeal Nos 942 and 943. The learned counsel for the respondent also seeks some more time to do the same.
