Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant is ready with the Bank guarantee for a sum of Rs. 2,02,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore and Two Lakh only). As far as Rs. 40,40,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs and Forty Thousand only) is concerned, the same has already been deposited by Demand Draft with the respondent. Learned counsel for the appellant has filed the photocopy of the Bank Guarantee and states that he will furnish the Bank Guarantee to the satisfaction of the respondent within one week from today. The respondent is allowed to have the satisfaction done as per law.
