It appears that the Bombay High Court decision dated 17.01.2006 covered only 3 appellants who were Petitioner before the Bombay High Court i.e. M/s. SET India (P) Ltd., Shri Michael Grindon, Director of M/s. SET India Pvt. Ltd. and Shri Raman Maroo, Director of M/s. SET India Pvt. Ltd. However, there is no order with regard to the other appellants in this case. The details of the pre-deposit of the penalty amount are not forthcoming from the other appellants. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks sometime to check the same. Learned counsel for the respondent also needs to verify the payments details.
