Learned counsel for the appellant states that the chamber summons of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court dated 15th December, 2006 covers all the appeals/parties. As per the earlier order of the High Court dated 17th January, 2006 pre-deposit has been ordered to the original three appellants in the Writ Petition i.e. M/s. SET India Pvt. Ltd., Shri Michael Grindon and Shri Raman Maroo (appeal nos. FPA-FE-707/MUM/2005, FPA-FE-708/MUM/2005 & FPA-FE-713/MUM/2005 listed above) and that all of them had predeposited. There is no order with regard to the other appellants. The counsel for the appellant seeks some time to verify the pre-deposit details in all the appeals and also to check the position with regard to the chambers summons order. The respondents are also directed to check and verify the above and inform the Bench on the next date of hearing. Counsel for the appellants states that the case is yet to come up for final hearing in the Bombay High Court and seeks some time.
