The learned counsel for the appellant stated that subsequent to the Bombay High Court decision dated 17.01.2006, they had filed a chamber summons no. 321/2006 in December 2006 where all other parties were also covered.
The Hon’ble High Court vide order dated 15.12.2006 allowed the said chamber summons.
The learned counsel for the respondent states that since she has received these papers now, she needs to verify them.
As the matter is stayed by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, list the matter on 11th December, 2018.
