Learned counsel for the appellant seeks a short adjournment because the arguing counsel is in some personal difficulty. He also stated that pursuant to the High Court’s order they have paid the penalty amount. The learned counsel for the respondent opposes the adjournment request as the matter has been adjourned on a number of occasions before.
In view of the personal difficulties of the Advocate, I am inclined to
give a short adjournment.

In the meantime, the appellant to submit copies of the receipts of pre-deposit of penalty alongwith a copy to the respondents and the respondent to verify the same before the next date of hearing.
