Learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out the order dated 06th July, 2018 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 422/2016 whereby six weeks time was granted to the appellant to deposit the Rs. 1.5 Lacs. Counsel for the appellants states that he will comply the order within the time granted by the Hon’ble High Court.
As far as appeal filed by Sh. Shyam Manohar Bajaj and Sh. Ramesh K. Padodia are concerned being appeal nos. FPA-FE-60/DLI/2014 and FPA-FE02/DLI/2015, counsel for the appellant states that the penalty amount has been deposited, however the reliable security as directed has not been deposited. Counsel for the appellant seeks six weeks time to deposit the penalty reliable security by way of immovable property. Counsel for the

respondent states that they may be directed to furnish the bank guarantee and it be considered in the next date.
