The learned counsel for the appellant has produced the photocopy of the order passed by the High Court of Judicature of Hyderabad wherein the interim order passed on 28th September, 2015 which indicates that the interim order granted on 27th September, 2014 is extended. The learned counsel for the appellant states that the said order is extended time to time. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to verify the position.
