The learned counsel for the appellant submits that pre-deposit amount has already been deposited. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that only few of the appellants have deposited the amount. Learned counsel for the appellant to produce all the receipts of pre-deposit amount of all individual appellants.
Both the parities are also allowed to file the written synopsis within four weeks
from today.
