The learned counsel for the appellant at Sr. No. 1 & 2 i.e. FPA-FE175/KOL/2003 & FPA-FE-176/KOL/2003 states that they have made predeposit although the receipts are not readily available with him. The learned counsel for the appellant at Sr. No. 3, 4, 5 & 6 i.e. FPA-FE177/KOL/2003, FPA-FE-181/KOL/2003, FPA-FE-182/KOL/2003 & FPAFE-672/KOL/2003 also states that all the pre-deposits in each of these appeals have been made but seeks some time to produce copies of the receipts/documents to that effect. This file has been transferred from the earlier tribunal and it is seen that many of the papers are not available. The appellants are required to file copies of all the documents/receipts regarding pre-deposit with copies to the respondent within a fortnight from today. The respondent should verify the payment details of pre-deposit in each of the appeals. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted an ‘additional note for submission’ in the case of FPA-FE-176/KOL/2003 with a copy to the respondent.
