Learned counsel for the appellants Shri R. K. Handoo has requested for some time as this is a matter which will take a long time and he may have to be admitted to the hospital soon. Learned counsel for the respondent objects to the same, as it is a very old case of 2005. However, on humanitarian grounds I am inclined to give one final opportunity to the learned counsel for the appellants.
