When the matter was called, no one appears on behalf of the appellants in all the three appeals as above. They had sought an adjournment on 15^th December, 2017. Thereafter the matter was listed on 27^th February, 2018. On that day an advocate Mr. Sanjay Gupta appeared for the appellants and sought a short adjournment. Inspite of that no one appears today on behalf of the appellants.

All the three appeals had been finally disposed of by the Appellate Tribunal vide its order dated 01.10.2010 which is a detailed and speaking order. They have filed a Review Petition in 2011 which has been numbered as MP-FE-10/DLI/2011. The Review Petition has been pending for more than seven years. From the conduct of the appellant it appears that they are not interested in pursuing the matter further; accordingly, the Review Petition is dismissed.
