No one appears on behalf of the appellant. The matter is at the stage of
pre-deposit of penalty amount imposed upon the appellants in the above
appeals. No one appears on behalf of any of the appellant. Earlier also they FPA-FE-11-12, 75/DLI/2014 Page 1 of 2 & FPA-FE-04-05/DLI/2015
have not been appearing regularly although on the last occasion i.e. on 09th March, 2018, an advocate had appeared and taken note of today’s date which was pronounced in the open court. Hence, the appeal is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. However, in the interest of justice, a last opportunity is given to appellant to deposit penalty amount levied, on or before the next date of hearing.
