On 15th May, 2018 the following order was passed:
“On 3rd October, 2013, the order was passed where the appellant was directed to deposit the total penalty amount is Rs. 40 lac. Vide the order dated 3rd October, 2013 by passing the detailed order, the appellant was directed to deposit 30% of the penalty amount within 30 days. However, the said order has not been complied rather the appellant has filed the application for reconsideration of the said order. We have gone through the contents of the application. I do not find any ground to modify the order dated 3rd October, 2013. The application is accordingly dismissed. One final opportunity is granted to the appellant to comply with the order dated 3rd October, 2013 within four weeks with the respondent otherwise the present appeal shall be treated as dismissed.
List for direction on 7th August, 2018” .
