Mr. G. S. Sawhney, husband of the appellant (S. K. Sawhney) appeared on behalf of the appellant. Earlier Mr. Rajeev Awasthi was appearing on behalf of the appellant. It was informed to us that now he is not appearing on behalf of the appellant. The new counsel has to be engaged on behalf of the appellant. Mr. S. A. Saud, who was appearing earlier on behalf of the respondent is no more counsel with the Department. Mr. Vikas Garg, Advocate submits that new counsel has to be engaged for the respondent and therefore the matter should be adjourned.
In the interest of justice, re-notify on 19th April, 2018.
