In view of the order dated 8.2.2017, the appellant, Vijay Kothari has filed the affidavit dated 14th March, 2017 in which it was disclosed that the fair rental value of the property comes to Rs.15,555/- per month. Copy has been served to Mr. Matta. Mr. Matta seeks some time to verify the position. In the meanwhile, let the appellant shall deposit the use and occupation charges @ Rs.15,555/- per month with the respondent from the date of passing of impugned order. The said deposit shall be made within six weeks from today. The appellant shall keep on depositing the said amount till the final disposal of the appeal or any
