The learned counsel for the appellant submits that cost of Rs. 50,000/- has been deposited by way of Demand Draft in the Enforcement Directorate Zonal office, Lucknow. However, learned counsel for the respondent submits that cost was supposed to be deposited in the name of Pay & Account Office, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India.
Mr. Vikas Garg, counsel for the respondent as per his instruction submits that the Demand Draft deposited by the appellant could not be encashed. Mr. Vikas Garg, also states that the Zonal Office, Lucknow will return the Demand Draft which is not encashed within four weeks from today.

In view of the facts, the appellant agreed that in case the said D.D. is not encashed, the appellant will prepare to deposit the same cost with the office suggested by the learned counsel for the respondent within four weeks from today.
