The order was reserved on 14th October, 2015. The Acting Chairman Shri Arun Kumar Aggarwal has since retired who has not delivered the order. Therefore, the matter is to be re-argued. We have been informed by Shri N.K. Matta, Counsel for the respondent that the earlier counsel on behalf of the respondent was Shri Bipul Kumar who is not available and therefore the matter be taken up for final hearing on some other date.
Both the parties are allowed to file the written synopsis alongwith compilation of the relevant documents on or before the next date of hearing.
