The above mentioned application has been filed by the appellant for restoration of MP-PMLA-1969/AHD/2014 and FPA-PMLA-315/AHD/2011 which was dismissed by order dated 21.10.2015.
Reply to the above mentioned application for restoration has been filed by the respondent stating that appellant has deliberately got the earlier appeal dismissed in order to achieve the benefit from other proceedings in which the appellant was ultimately not successful. Therefore, now he is pressing the prayer in this application. However, he has no objection to the restoration of appeal subject to imposition of heavy cost to be deposited with the respondent so that the appeal can be heard

and decided on merits. The learned counsel for the appellant is agreeable to deposit the sum of Rs. 10,000/- in each matter. The learned counsel for the respondent is pressing for cost of Rs. 25,000/- in each case. Let the appellant deposit Rs. 15,000/- to allow the prayer in the present application.
List for final hearing on 18th April, 2017.
The learned counsel for the appellant agrees that the appellant will
not take the unnecessary adjournment in the matter.
Cost shall be deposited with the respondent within four weeks from today. Both the parties will file the written synopsis on or before the next date of hearing.
