The appellant/applicant has filed the application for restoration of the FPA/PMLA/206/AHD/2012 which was dismissed for default for nonappearance of appellant or her counsel by order dated 27^th February, 2013. The contention of the learned counsel for the appellant and of the applicant is that the appellant was not aware about the order passed on 27^th February, 2013 till the notice under Section 8(4) was received. Issue notice. Mr. Atul Tripathi, learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the respondent, accepts the notice. Let the reply be filed within six weeks.
