Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the amount recovered at the time of raid is lying with the Income Tax Department and he also states that till the next date of hearing the respondent no. 1 be restrained to take the possession of the said amount. Learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file the reply. Let the same be filed within six FPA-PMLA-2004/MUM/2017 Page 1 of 2
weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter. He submits that no notice for taking the possession of the currency has been issued to the appellant, therefore, the said order may not be passed. As such, that if any notice is issued, the copy of the same may also be supplied to the learned counsel for the appellant so that he may press the interim prayer before us.
