The appeal has been filed under section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 29^th August 2017. Issue notice. Mr. Tripathi, learned Counsel for the respondent accepts the notice. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant. Rejoinder be filed four weeks thereafter.

As far as interim order is concerned the appellant has not received the notice under section 8(4) by the respondent. As and when the notice is received by the appellant he may press for an interim order, which will be decided on merits at that time.
