Issue notice. Sh. Nitesh Rana, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Let reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant. Rejoinder, if any, be filed on or before the next date of hearing.

The learned counsel for the appellant is pressing for interim order. The learned counsel for the respondent states that no notice u/s 8(4) has been issued. In case, no notice is issued, the liberty is granted to the appellant to press the interim application. The copy of the notice be also served to the counsel for the appellant.
