A fresh appeal has been filed u/s 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 04.08.2017 passed by the Adjudicating Authority.

Mr. Faraz Mohd. Advocate counsel for the respondent submits that he has not received the copy of the appeal. The counsel for the appellant submits that he has served the copy of appeal in the Department. Let a copy of the appeal be supplied to the counsel of the respondent within one week. Issue notice to the appeal as well as stay application. Mohd. Faraz, Counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks time to file the replies. Let the same be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinders within four weeks thereafter.
