The appeal has been filed under Section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002 against the order dated 5th June, 2017. Alongwith the application for Stay and Condonation of Delay has been filed. As per the delay part is concerned since it is a small delay. Thus, the delay in filing the appeal of 25 days is condoned and application is accordingly disposed of.
Issue notice in the appeal as well as in the Stay Application. The learned counsel for the appellant agrees to supply the complete set of paper book which has not been supplied to the counsel for the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the Part-2 of the files has not been supplied. The learned counsel for the appellant agrees to supply the same within one week.
