A fresh appeal has been filed by the appellant u/s 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 01.06.2017 passed by the Adjudicating Authority.

Issue notice of the appellant as well as stay application. Mohd. Faraz, Advocate counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks time to file the replies. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinders four weeks thereafter.

In the meantime, both the parties shall maintain the status quo in relation to the attached properties. The appellant shall not dispose of or create any third party rights in the attached property.
