A fresh appeal has been field by the appellant u/s 26 of PMLA against the order dated 14th July, 2017. Alongwith the appeal an interim application has also been filed by the appellant. Issue notice in the appeal as well as interim application. Mr. S.A. Saud, counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks two weeks time to file the reply in the stay application. Let the same be filed within two weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder on or before the next date of hearing.
The prayer made in the interim application is opposed by Mr. S.A. Saud, counsel for the respondent.
The learned counsel for the appellant has relied upon two earlier orders dated 9th May, 2017 and 20th July, 2017 passed

by this tribunal in FPA-PMLA-1735/MUM/2017 between the same parties. He submits that the facts in the both the appeals are similar. Thus the interim order may be passed in the present appeal till the next date. As far as the attachment order is concerned, the same may continue till the interim application is decided.
List on 18th August, 2017.
Considering the overall facts and circumstance and arguments, both parties till the next date shall maintain status-quo . The attachment shall continue.
Both the parties will file the written synopsis on or before the next date of hearing.
Order be given “dasti” to both the parties.
