Fresh application has been filed by the applicant. Copy has been handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent Mr. Neeraj Atri. The application is opposed by Mr. Neeraj Atri, learned counsel for the respondent. Heard both sides. We do not find any merit in the opposition of the application, the submission is rejected.

In view of the averments made in the application we agreed that the word „not‟ after the word „also‟ has not been typed due to oversight. The last sentence of the interim order dated 09^th August, 2017 be read as under:
