The present appeal has been filed by the appellant under section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the impugned order dated 1^st June, 2017 in O.C. No.679/2017 passed by the Adjudicating Authority before the Tribunal on 30^th June, 2017. In the meantime, a notice u/s 8(4) was issued by the respondent. Thereafter on 7^th July, 2017, it came before the Tribunal with notice 8(4) of the PMLA, and then interim order was passed.

Mr. Neeraj Atri, Advocate learned counsel for the respondent seeks six weeks time to file the reply. Let the same be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.
