The counsel for the appellant submits that the above mentioned appeals are filed within the time granted by the High Court in the order which was passed on 11^th May, 2017. He submits that the order passed in to LPAs is also be covered in the present appeals. Mr. A.K. Tripathi, Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondent has opposed the oral submissions of the counsel for the appellant for condoning the delay. At this stage the counsel for the appellant seeks one week time to file the application for condonation of delay explaining the entire position.

List on 10^th August, 2017. Till the next date, the possession of attached properties arising from the O.C. shall not be taken by the respondent.
